At Magnify Brand, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for services and products purchased from us.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under specific conditions based on the nature of the service or product. Refund eligibility is determined as follows:

1.1 Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

• Once a campaign has started, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will not be provided for completed work, ad spend, or third-party charges.

1.2 Custom Merchandise & Print-on-Demand Products

• Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• No refunds or exchanges are issued for customized or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Customers must submit a request within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear proof of the issue (photos/videos).

1.3 Lead Generation & Data Services

• Due to the nature of data services, refunds will not be provided once leads have been delivered.
• If there is a discrepancy in the promised data count or quality, we may offer a partial refund or replacement leads.

1.4 Website & Graphic Design Services

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
• Once design work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered depending on the progress.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or delivered designs.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at refund@magnifybrand.com with the order details and reason for the refund request.
2. Provide relevant proof (e.g., screenshots, videos, or supporting documentation).
3. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
• In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services that have been fully rendered.
• Digital goods, including delivered graphics, reports, and data.
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid ads, hosting fees, domain purchases, etc).
• Change of mind after purchase.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

• Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
• Disputes will be handled through mediation before escalating to legal proceedings.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Magnify Brand reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
