- Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- No refunds or exchanges are issued for customized or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Customers must submit a request within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear proof of the issue (photos/videos).
1.3 Lead Generation & Data Services
- Due to the nature of data services, refunds will not be provided once leads have been delivered.
- If there is a discrepancy in the promised data count or quality, we may offer a partial refund or replacement leads.
1.4 Website & Graphic Design Services
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
- Once design work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered depending on the progress.
- No refunds will be provided for completed or delivered designs.

- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have been fully rendered.
- Digital goods, including delivered graphics, reports, and data.
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid ads, hosting fees, domain purchases, etc).
- Change of mind after purchase.
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
- Disputes will be handled through mediation before escalating to legal proceedings.
